Barri has a unique and powerful skillset and she excels in all these areas – part project management, part learning and development specialist, fully-skilled Strategist and even Instructional design and change management expertise. Barri and I have been on the same team at Cisco for the last 3 years in her capacity of Project Manager. Barri skillfully communicates the business value of our learning initiatives to stakeholders. Just as skillfully, she has become knowledgeable in the instructional design frameworks in order to better integrate these within the project management processes. As an instructional designer, I have truly appreciated Barri’s efforts to study and understand adult learning theories, instructional strategies, and development tools. Her strong grasp of these principles has added to the integrity of the learning project.

Barri remains the go-to person on the team for how to measure business impact. Being able to switch gears from brainstorming learning design to analyzing metrics is not easily done, yet Barri makes it seem easy.
